The morning air is beginning to get a little chilled. The days are bright but daylight is getting shorter. The sky seems a little bluer - change is in the air.
As October begins, so the change begins. Yard maintenance changes from bi-weekly mowing to a bi-weekly raking. Summer rains are stalled so you change to weekly watering and the remnants of summer's hive and web activities have been abandoned ready to be safely removed.
The change of seasons brings us to a place of reminiscence and a call to look forward. Many home owners have come to a place where they are wondering about making a change in their homes.
The years have rolled by, the family has either increased and the once cozy home is now feeling a bit stuffy and filled to capacity or departing immediate family has left the nest feeling a bit too large and lonely.
There's no idealic time to sell or purchase a home..trying to get everything to line up in a perfect position just never happens.
A good rule of thumb is to be in a place where you are financially sound and consistent, ready to take on the task of up-sizing or down-sizing and excited about the change.
The markets are always going to fluctuate.....remember that you are buying and selling for the future...you are buying the property, not the rate which can always be mofified.
A good realtor can wrap a great team around you and assist you with the processes so that you are set to capitalize on the changes in market and move with confidence that in the long run....your investment is set to move with the markets and be secure.
So if you are wondering about making that change..then there is no better time than the present.
